4000 Tonne Floor Store
Tryac were involoved in a project for a 4000 tonne floor store for a Mr Neale at Kneeton. This included design caluculations for a 500 amp mains supply to operate 4 x 33kw axial fans 4 x 27kw axial fans extractor fans inside the store and general lighting and power.

Storage Silos
Tryac Design control panels to operate drying silos but also complete the electrical installation work. This includes wiring the grain spreader, stirrer, fan, and heater. Also if required any conveying equipment and monitoring equipment. This installation was completed for P.N.Watts Baston Fen.

Drier & Conveying System Wiring
Tryac design and install control panels for driers and conveying equipment. Tryac was involved with this project for a Mr Wade at Sedgebrook this project including a conveying panel wiring the drier fans, burners and levels. Also the wiring of the conveying equipment and any monitoring equipment.

Updated showroom, designed to customer specifications including selection of light fittings. New locations for general sockets and power circuits, for cleaning products. Emergency lights for exit routes and general walk ways.

Control panel manufactured to operate four fans, installation comprised of supply-to-fans, store lighting, tunnel lighting, general power sockets, earth leakage protection for circuits and surge protection for the supply.

Drying silos, site comprised of conveying motors, spreader motors, stirrer motors, cooling fans. The Control Panel operates and moves grain using pre-programmed routes.

A grain store converted to a farming museum, lighting installed to showcase historical tractors and to provide information for farming displays. Project also included kitchens and meeting area for visitors.

This site required a power supply for the industrial ironing machine, general lighting for inspecting fabric, electric heating and atmospheric controls.
